I asked previous employees to describe how they felt about the job and they had this to say:
Dalton: “The fast-paced, ever-changing atmosphere along with the outdoor setting of lawn care has made my time with 409 Lawns exceedingly enjoyable. The weekly direct deposit payroll and job scheduling system keeps tasks hassle-free and easy to navigate.”
Jacob: “Man you know I loved the job! It had just the right amount of physical for someone kinda hyper like me. And the sun was hot… You have to love that to make it. It’s different because there’s not nearly as much monotony as most jobs. Which both come with their pluses and minuses, but it was nice for me.”
Dustin: “Reese is easy to get along with. You definitely get paid right for the work you do compared to other job options. Having an outdoor job helps keep you in shape and it’s a great start to the morning. The only things I could complain about is the heat and the long days we have sometimes.”
